The main aim of my diploma thesis is the business plan - the establishment of kindergartens in the. A partial draft variations to funding pre-school education and then evaluate the most beneficial method of financing. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of basic concepts related to business in the field, together with the possibility of setting up ,null, the financing of kindergartens. In the practical part deals with specific business plan - the establishment of private kindergartens Lupínek and evaluating the best financing options , as well as to determine whether it is a viable business plan .

Financing of the direct costs of school meals in each region and its impact on quality of service

Title: Financing of the direct costs of school meals in regions and its impact on guality of service. Author: Jana Zapletalová Department: School Management Centre Supervisor: RNDr. Jana Marková Abstract: Submitted thesis acquaints the reader with the potential sources of financing for device of school meals, focuses in particular on the clarification of the nature of the financicng of direct costs in relation to the quality of the services provided. Part of work is an explanation of the principles of financing of the direct costs at the level of the Ministry of education and regions in 2012. Research of the work compares the amount of funds spent for the financing of direct costs for device of school meals in each of the regions in 2010 and in 2011, on whitch substantial changes- distribution of wage funds on pedagogical and other proffesionals in education and reducing the volume of financial recources of the other financial base of the expenditure. Findings will provide a comprehensive overview and improve the orientation of managers in device of school meals in this matter, in the legislation of education, procedures and budgetary rules. Philosophical aspects of education in dialogue between Wolfgang Brezinka and Zygmunt Bauman

The text of this work is primarily based on the works of Wolfgang Brezinka, focusing on the philosophy of education and on many sociological works by Zygmunt Bauman, which are cited for better orientation in the philosophical-educational context of the chapter focusing on the philosophy of education used in the antiquity The aim was to present the reader with at least a brief awareness of the individual aspects of the philosophy of education as presented by Brezinka and to supplement it with the possible aspects that can be taken from Bauman, who primarily focuses on exploring the socio-cultural phenomena of the modern society. Gradually, the essential characteristics, features, and characteristics that accompanied the upbringing in antiquity are presented, just as the educational aims and beliefs in relation to the upbringing that is presented by Brezinka. Furthermore, there are discussed and examined the pitfalls of modernism and postmodernism in relation to personality, culture, society and philosophical-educational possibilities as pointed out by Bauman. Analysis of the development level of funding the direct costs of basic education in regions

Final thesis analyzes the level of direct funding of non-capital expenditure on basic education in regions of the CR. The funds to finance direct investment expenditure for basic education, which is an integral part of the regional education are allocated from the state budget to the budget of each school system through normatively republican and regional norms per unit of output. The theoretical part describes the legal framework for financing of regional education and deals with the detailed budget breakdown of the system to direct non-investment expenditure of the basic education level of the state budget - Chapter 333 Ministry of Education through the various regions in the primary school. The research section contains an analysis of regional norms and levels of direct financing of investment expenditure in a sample of three elementary schools in each region.

Setting norms of consumption in the procurement operations department.

The diploma thesis focuses on the problematics of setting the number of employees in the selected department (team) in a specific company. With respect to the severity of impact of this decision, the diploma thesis choses a sophisticated tool, norms of work consumption. To simplify their utilization a model is created to specify the number of employees. The basis for construction of the model is summarized in the theoretical-methodological part. Practical part of the diploma thesis presents the company, the department and the team and it defines preformed processes. Furthermore, it calculates (determines) individual elements needed for building the required model, namely the time normatives (norms) of the activities, probabilities of occurrence of certain activities and usable time fund of an employee. Lastly, the created model is tested by using real data from the last period and consequent recommendations are presented.

The diploma paper describes the management, the financing and the auditing in the special primary and nursery school. How does it work in non- profit making organisation in the Czech Republic especially in education system, with emphasis to financing process and its development. The desk study part describes ways how non-profit making organizations have been formed and gone through the ages. Practical part assembles, analyses, evaluates 2008, 2009 Primary school and Nursery school Kolín`s budgets. Final goal is to determinate if the actual financing system is good enough for troublefree operating of this school.
